This is one of those classic darts of one of the games legends that has stood the test of time. I still have an older set of these some where and I remember at the time when I first got them it was one of the few sets I hit a 180 with in the first few throws 🙂

Since then the packaging has had a makeover and looks really neat but the darts are still the classid ring grip with the ghost grip on top, a grip I have always been fond of.

Its a dart that works well because its simple in design but can suit many types of grip and throw. The micro or ghost rings add just enough traction to suit people that want a little grip without being aggressive. Its got a neat touch of Jocky with the gold and blue bands giving it a touch of elegance without being over the top 🙂

There was a little bit of mis match in the weight of the barrels, one was less than 22g but the other two were almost perfect match but 16 hundreths more on the heavier, I often find painted darts are mismatched though and suspect the blue rings may be a touch thicker or lighter on one barrel but without removing the paint its hard to be sure.

Other than that though the darts are very neat and feel great to throw for me as a front grippe, I like the feel of the front nose and ring grip but micro does wear fairly quick so dont expect it to last. For middle grippers there is a smooth band with the Jocky name etched on so nt massively gripper but if you not bothered with that then still worth a try. Rear grippers should be fine as it has more of the micro/ghost grip rings.

A classic dart that’s worth trying at least once 🙂
