This is the Harrows Noble from the new Harrows 2021 launch. Its a tapered front and scalloped rear style barrel with a nice deep black titanium coating highlighted with some bronze gold coloured titanium coating in the grooves.
The front half of the dart starts thin and tapers wider to the middle and has the Predator grip, which was used on one of my favourite darts the Predator. Its a kind of ringed pyramidal grip and is around high medium level. On the original Predator darts it was on the rear half of the barrel, so as a front gripper its nice to get a full feeling of it now.
The middle of the darts has a small section of standard ring grip and then the rear has a fairly wide scallop section with a thin cut ring and groove grip.
Once again its a very nice looking dart 🙂
When I first seen the darts I thought they would be for rear grip only, I think its likely a rear gripper will still get the best from the barrel as its comfortable to hold there and balance seems to fit all set ups just right for the rear. I think it will still be a good dart for front grippers too, providing you like a taper like these have.
It could work for mid grippers but for me it kind of feels like it rocks in my fingers a little because of the following scallop, so probably best for front and rear grippers.
One thing I felt was a little strange when throwing the darts was that they seemed to feel a lot lighter than 23g, not sure if down to the shape or balance or what but it was surprising how light they felt to throw.
It is a nice dart overall but its not always a shape I get on with personally but once again really nice quality and a decent price which is always good to see 🙂
