So here I am with my first ever review of a set of Mission Darts, and what a nice set they are too! 🙂

If you dont know who Mission Darts are yet they are a new brand from the guys at Darts Corner so they know their stuff.

They very kindly sent me a few sets for review but as I was having a long break from doing reviews I have only just got round to reviewing them.

Well I am certainly impressed with the brand so far, they have a great line of darts that all look very high end and well designed but something for everyone.

The darts I am reviewing here are particularly good for you players that like long barrels as at 54mm its a long one!

Its a classic straight barrel profile but has a very nicely machined brick style grip pattern. Its a mix of thin and thicker brick/rings but each has a kind of beveled edge. The light glints of these edges in a satisfying way but it also gives the impression its more aggressively grippy than it is. It still has some edginess to it but I noticed it more just at the point of release so for me I would say its around high medium.

Even though the darts are a bit long for me personally, it came with some short stems which meant it flew fairly well, although I think the grip caused a little extra spin for me.

One neat touch is the way the logo on the stems is lined up with the logo on the barrels, a nice attention to detail and one that OCD’ers will certainly appreciate 🙂

Quality of the barrels is great, there was a slight difference with weight but two were nearly perfect and overall its very nicely made and not too crazily priced which is always welcome!

So great start from Mission Darts and I am looking forward to trying more of the brands darts and products over the coming weeks.
