Another Harrows model from the Harrows 2020 range. These are a centre weighted dart with a ringed pyramid style grip, so quite a grippy dart overall.
Its also nice to see a smooth transition from point to nose of the barrel built in, gives it a neater look I think.
The darts are mostly high level grip except for a small section at the nose and very rear, also a slight change of grip to a more standard thin ring grip just before the end of the barrel.
They fly rather nice though especially from the centre grip where its widest and also there is a set of three thin rings which makes for a nice datum point.
For me personally they were flying well but I did get the odd one that would spiral, probably more down to me than the dart though, but it seemed to correct itself well and I threw them better than I was expecting. I think the grip felt just a little more edgy when throwing them than just holding them in my fingers, so some people it may feel a little sticky.
I am sure others will like the grippiness though.
Probably best for centre grippers but I think some front grippers will be fine with them too, for me they felt a little more weird than usual when throwing from the rear but its probably less grippy at the rear.
Barrels are very neatly machined and nearly perfectly match weighted again from Harrows but overall very good value at this price and its also nice there is a wide range of weights to pick from. So certainly one thats worth a try 🙂
