The darts have a lovely deep black titanium coating and in the grooves a grey metallic coating which makes for a nice contrast and neat looking dart.
As mentioned with the bomb review when I first seen the grip on the Noctis range I thought it looked aggressive at first but its not at all. This straight version does feel a touch more grippier than the bomb though, could be due to it been thinner maybe? The grip is a double thin inward beveled ring but has a nice pleasant easy to release feel.
Again the dart has a nicely tapered nose which has a smooth transition from point to barrel so should be good for prolonging the life of the flights. The rear also tapers but at the very end it has two thin slightly pronounced rings giving a little bit of grip.
As its a straight barrel style it should work well for many people. I was happy enough with my front grip and its nicely balanced around the middle but it flew ok for me from the rear too. This version is no doubt more of an all rounder than the bomb style and if you like a nice grip without been too grippy then certainly give them a try.
Once again its very neatly machined from and overall quality is excellent, nothing to fault really and not too bad a price 🙂
